The 6 different unique and distinct massage intensity levels help to reduce bone and muscle damage by ensuring you always have the ability to choose the exact level necessary for you so its not too strong or too light for you. There are 4 different massage heads included so you can target the different muscle groups in your body with the appropriate attachment. The rechargeable battery gives you up to 3 hours of continuous worry-free deep tissue massage before needing to charge up again with the included charging cable.
